We were in need of a way to communicate with the APRS-IS network using PHP. No active projects could be found, so we started our own. Code is hosted on GitHub:

The framework is still in early development, but will feature parsing of incoming message types, event driven message handling based on predefined rules, construction of outgoing messages, and an outgoing message queue.
